Mark Lietz is the Founder and Senior Principal of PNL Consulting Group, and also the Co-founder of PNL Enterprises, a firm specializing in Home Based Business Models.
With over 26 years in Food & Beverage, working with industry giants TGI Friday's, Marriott, Holiday Inn's, Gaylord Entertainment, ITT Sheraton, and Starwood Hotels, and achieving the positions of Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage, Mr. Lietz has long been considered an expert in the F&B Operational arena. In addition, Mark is a Certified Human Behavior Consultant (CHBC), and Specialist in Human Behavior Consulting (SHBC) accredited through Personality Insights, Inc., using the DISC Model of Human Behavior to deliver better results, recognition, relationships, and reason between individuals and team members. Merrill Lynch, Sprint, Chick-fil-A, Lanier, and Zig Ziglar are just a few of the corporations that recommend Personality Insights for their staff training needs. Mark uses his experience and training in the Food & Beverage Industry and with Personality Insights, Inc. to help business owners achieve positive results in any and all aspects of their business.

David M. Weimar, CHBS
David Weimar is a Principal of PNL Consulting Group and is also the CEO of Weimar Enterprises, a consulting firm specializing in developing dynamic leaders and effective teams focusing on Relationship Dynamics, Leadership Dynamics, and Goal Setting.
Mr. Weimar is a Certified Human Behavior Specialist (CHBS), and the Director of Audio/Visual Media with Personality Insights, Inc., using the DISC model of Human Behavior to deliver better results, recognition, relationships, and reason between individuals and team members. David has consulted with Individuals, Governmental Agencies, and Public/Private Companies. He also works with Personality Insights to develop new markets and materials.
David is also a co-founder of International Broadcast Group (IBG). Using his experience with the Cable News Network (CNN) resulting in a nomination for a Cable Ace and Eclipse Award for outstanding special production, he has helped to connect individuals from the US, Canada, and Australia, to help form a truly revolutionary video branding concept that is usable socially and professionally.
David has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Widener University, and is a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow.
Lawrence M. Weiss
Lawrence Weiss is a Principal of PNL Consulting Group and is also a Senior Advisor-Consultant for Weimar Enterprises, a consulting firm specializing in developing dynamic leaders and effective teams focusing on Relationship Dynamics, Leadership Dynamics, and Goal Setting.
Lawrence has over 30 years experience in a variety of business environments, including the Hotel and Resort Industry, the Restaurant Industry, and Senior Living Communities. He was AGM with the 1810 Country Inn and Winery, where he implemented intensive business-building programs. While with Lasell Village, he orchestrated all Food and Beverage Operations and Special Events for the Independent as well as the Assisted-Living Community. With the Vinny Testa’s Restaurant Group, as HR/Payroll-Benefits Manager, he helped coordinate the successful Grand Opening, and continued overseeing more than 200 employees.
As Purchasing Manager for the Regal Bostonian Hotel, he co-directed their Grand Opening, carefully controlled the Food and Beverage budget, and went on to create and utilize the Materials database. He is also proficient in Logistical and Strategic Planning, Purchasing and Materials Management, and Contract Negotiation and Administration. As an associate of both David Weimar and Mark Lietz, Weiss also uses the DISC model of Human Behavior to create better communications, better understanding, and strong teams. Through the ongoing mentoring efforts of his PNL Consulting Group colleagues, he has begun working with Personality Insights to develop new markets and materials.
Lawrence has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Theatre from Northeastern University. He is both ServSafe and HACCP certified.
